【13+新創課程】新創人才投資力：如何招募對的人，並打造能成長的團隊

新創團隊的成長，往往不是卡在沒有機會，而是卡在「找不到對的人、留不住對的人、也來不及培養對的人」。

在資源有限、變化快速的環境中，新創企業不能只用大企業的招募標準來找人，也不能把人才議題只視為「補人」。真正關鍵的是：公司現在處於什麼階段？需要什麼樣的人才？這個人進來後能否解決問題？團隊又是否具備培養人才、留住人才與建立文化的能力？

第一階段：新創為什麼常常找不到對的人？ 

新創招募與大企業招募的差異；不同階段需要的人才；常見用人錯誤；找「此刻能解決問題、未來能一起成長」的人。

第二階段：如何定義「對的人才」？

招募前的 4 個問題；Skills、Motivation、Learning Agility、Culture Fit；面試判斷主動性、抗壓性與不確定性承受度。

第三階段：人才投資與育成：找到人不是結束

     人才投資不是福利，而是組織成長策略；Onboarding、一對一會談、任務型培養、Feedback culture、跨部門學習。

第四階段：留才與文化建立：讓人才願意一起走下去

    中小型企業與新創常見留才挑戰；成長感、信任感、參與感；如何建立早期團隊文化，降低人才流失風險。

第伍階段：Q&A／現場討論
