【13+新創課程】新創人才投資力:如何招募對的人,並打造能成長的團隊

新創團隊的成長,往往不是卡在沒有機會,而是卡在「找不到對的人、留不住對的人、也來不及培養對的人」。

在資源有限、變化快速的環境中,新創企業不能只用大企業的招募標準來找人,也不能把人才議題只視為「補人」。真正關鍵的是:公司現在處於什麼階段?需要什麼樣的人才?這個人進來後能否解決問題?團隊又是否具備培養人才、留住人才與建立文化的能力?

本課程將從國際獵頭、企業人才發展講師與企業教練的角度,帶領新創工作者重新理解人才招募、人才投資、人才育成與留才文化之間的關係。課程將協助學員釐清招募需求、建立面試判斷邏輯、避免常見用人錯配,並進一步思考如何透過人才培養、回饋機制與文化建立,打造能陪伴公司一起成長的團隊。

第一階段:新創為什麼常常找不到對的人? 

新創招募與大企業招募的差異;不同階段需要的人才;常見用人錯誤;找「此刻能解決問題、未來能一起成長」的人。

第二階段:如何定義「對的人才」?

招募前的 4 個問題;Skills、Motivation、Learning Agility、Culture Fit;面試判斷主動性、抗壓性與不確定性承受度。

第三階段:人才投資與育成:找到人不是結束

     人才投資不是福利,而是組織成長策略;Onboarding、一對一會談、任務型培養、Feedback culture、跨部門學習。

第四階段:留才與文化建立:讓人才願意一起走下去

    中小型企業與新創常見留才挑戰;成長感、信任感、參與感;如何建立早期團隊文化,降低人才流失風險。

第伍階段:Q&A/現場討論
