本場以跨產業皆適用的行銷漏斗與銷售流程為核心,協助新創團隊理解:被看見、被理解、被信任、被詢問、被購買,是不同階段,需要不同動作與話術。課程後段導入 AI 助理 GPT 的概念,讓團隊能把常見問題、回覆語氣、服務流程與追蹤訊息整理成可重複使用的業務支援工具。

第二單元:銷售漏斗與客戶旅程

看見 → 理解 → 信任 → 行動 → 提案 → 成交 → 回購,拆解每一階段要設計的動作。

第三單元:業務力提升:超級業務五力

觀察力、專業力、同理力、推進力、自律力:從大倫老師零售與業務訓練經驗,轉成新創團隊可練習的能力。

第四單元:成長執行與銷售數據

名單數、詢問數、成交率、客單價、毛利、回購率、銷售週期;用數字找出流程斷點。

第五單元:AI 業務助理 GPT 規劃

如何整理品牌語氣、產品資料、FAQ、銷售流程與禁止事項,讓 AI協助穩定產出回覆與追蹤訊息。

第六單元:現場 Q&A / 下一步行動

From Awareness to Closed Deals: Startup Sales Funnels, Business Development Skills, and AI Assistant in Action  

This session introduces startup teams to the fundamentals of marketing funnels and sales execution, helping them understand how to move prospects from awareness and trust to inquiry and purchase through the right actions and messaging at each stage.

The session also explores how GPT-powered AI assistants can support sales and customer engagement by turning FAQs, communication styles, service workflows, and follow-up processes into scalable, reusable tools.

💥Course Objectives

  • Build a complete understanding of the sales funnel, from awareness to conversion.
  • Strengthen startup teams’ ability to understand customer needs, concerns, trust-building, and conversion drivers.
  • Break down sales capability into trainable processes and skills, rather than relying on talent or persuasion alone.
  • Learn how to design a custom AI sales assistant (GPT) to support FAQs, follow-ups, proposals, and customer service responses.

Course Outline

📘Module 1: Visibility Doesn’t Mean Conversion
People may watch your event, like your posts, or attend your pitch—but that doesn’t necessarily lead to leads, inquiries, proposals, or sales.

📘Module 2: Sales Funnel & Customer Journey
Seen → Understood → Trusted → Acted → Proposed → Closed → Retained. Breaking down the actions required at each stage of the funnel.

📘Module 3: Sales Capability Upgrade — The Five Core Skills of High Performers
Observation, expertise, empathy, execution, and discipline: transforming frontline sales training experience into practical, trainable skills for startup teams.

📘Module 4: Growth Execution & Sales Metrics
Leads, inquiries, conversion rate, average order value, gross margin, retention rate, and sales cycle length—using data to identify bottlenecks in the funnel.

📘Module 5: AI Sales Assistant (GPT) Design
How to organize brand tone, product information, FAQs, sales processes, and do-not-do rules, enabling AI to generate consistent responses and follow-ups.

📘Module 6: Live Q&A / Next Action Plan
Participants review their own sales process and identify the single most important area to improve in the coming week.
